SL(5)024 – The Local Government (Performance Indicators) (Wales) (Revocation) Order 2016

This Order revokes the Local Government (Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2012 which specifies, for Wales, performance indicators by reference to which the performance of county councils and county borough councils are measured.

Revocation of the 2012 Order will remove the statutory requirement for the preparation of the performance indicators contained in that Order.
